Terms of Service
These terms govern your clinic's use of AyurvedaHIMS. They are written to be read, not skimmed — if anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up.
1. Who we are
AyurvedaHIMS is operated by [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [registered address], India (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace you enter into this agreement on behalf of the clinic or hospital you represent (“you”).
2. The service
AyurvedaHIMS is a hospital information system: patient records, appointments, clinical notes, prescriptions, panchakarma scheduling, pharmacy inventory, billing and reports. We provide it as a subscription over the internet.
You are responsible for the clinical and financial decisions made with the software. AyurvedaHIMS records what your staff enter; it does not diagnose, prescribe or file returns on your behalf.
3. Your account and your data
Each workspace is isolated: staff of one clinic can never read another clinic's records. You own all data you enter. We process it only to run the service for you, and never sell it.
You must keep login credentials confidential, invite only people authorised to see patient data, and deactivate staff who leave. You can export your data as CSV at any time from inside the product.
Patient consent, record-retention periods and medico-legal obligations under Indian law remain your responsibility as the healthcare provider.
4. Plans, trials and payment
New workspaces start on a free trial. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees, monthly or annually, at the prices published on our pricing page or agreed in writing. Prices exclude GST.
If an invoice goes unpaid, we will remind you and may suspend the workspace (read-only) until it is settled. We never delete data because of a late payment without written notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AyurvedaHIMS to store data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to access other tenants, or to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.
6. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability and announce planned maintenance inside the product in advance. Support is provided by email during Indian business hours; response targets depend on your plan.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. On termination we keep your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it from production systems and backups on their normal cycle.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced inside the product at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in [YOUR CITY] having jurisdiction.
